I want to compete in the figure competitions but I am not sure what competition I will enter into yet. I will pick a competition when the NPC contest list comes out. Someday I want to compete in fitness contests as well, but we will see!

Thanks, I am trying to keep moving forward now that I have gotten up some speed. I forgot how good it feels to tear down my body and watch it build back up!

What it something you would get sick with right after eating them or were you just sort of randomly sick whenever because they were in your diet?

Thank you for responding to my blog. I do eat both wheat and whole grains in my diet, but I have tried eating them alone to see if they cause a reaction and I never get sick when I eat them. I dont know if that is where you were going with that, but please if you have any ideas for me let me know what you had in mind! Thanks again!

Wow that was quick! :) Training is a little slow right now, school just started back up and I am having problems with my diet so I dont have as much energy, but it is starting to pick up! Thanks, how is your training?

I will be done with school in the spring! yay. other than that I got a job as a personal trainer with anytime fitness so thats great now I just have to get some clients!

Nothin new, in my last year of school now so am super busy. Trying to find a routine and a way to make money, cuz I am swamped with life! lol How about you????

Your inbox if full, so I am responding on your wall! I do 30 to 50 crunchs in a set and three sets that is if I dont use weight, if I use weight I do 15 to 25. I do sweat but its not too bad! Hope that answers your questions, just wondering what made you ask me??
