How I Started:
I have always liked working out and being in the gym. I was in Track and love all sports. I went to Arnold's Classic 2007 and I really got inspired to become the best I can be!
Why I Love It:
It may sound funny, but it is relaxing! It makes me like who I am and I love the way I feel when I am done! Especially after a really hard day of lifting and I am just beat, then I go home and I feel like I can take on the world, and I can do whatever I put my mind to!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a lot of people tell me that I could never do the things I dream of, that makes me try even harder. I also love the feeling I get from exercising so I do it whenever I can!

alytaberis inspired by Marzia. Reason: "I would love to achive what she has achieved! I want to compete and model so bad! "
I am finally starting to get into a routine! I forgot how much I love tearing my body down! I love the burn, the pain, and the rush from an amazing workout! Now having just left the gym I feel I already miss it! I can't wait to get back and workout some more. I have some big goals and a lot of...
I just dropped by to say that you look absolutely amazing! You have the body that so many women dream of having but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievements. You are a fantastic inspiration to others, including me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Sounds pretty cool! I'm sure you will do a great job when you find the contest you want to do. I have a ways to go before I compete in any competitioin. However, the journey will be well worth it :).
Thank you for accepting! And thank you for the luck. The past 2 years have been nothing but bad luck, but I'm starting to turn it back around :). So which competitions have you thought would be fun to do?
You are quite welcome. Thank you in return for accepting my friend invite. Much success to you in accomplishing all your health and fitness goals. You to have a great day.
Well it would affect me off and on, but then it started getting to the point where everyday I was tired no matter how much sleep I would get, I would still barely have enpugh energy to get out of bed and get my kids ready. By mid day all I would want to do was sleep and I also had terrible stomach cramps.
Well that is exactly where I was going with that question. Because I was going through the same symptoms as you and the docs kept saying nothing was wrong. Ever since I stopped the wheat and gluten products, I've been alot better! It did take a few weeks to see full results though..If I can think of anything else I'll let you know.
