I dont have any plans for comps at this time! I am too busy with work and kids to fit it in. How did you do in competitions this year?

Things are going good, Ive been working out alot but pretty lax on the diet. I try to get alot of protein in. Ive probably gained 10 lbs since the show. How are things for you?

Ok, which one are you doing next? I would like to do another one if I could afford it! I had a burrito last night and peanut butter today and my muscles were way pumped up today, I was so flat yesterday! I wonder if I should have more carbs or salt the night before a comp? i think I looked better today than yesterday! :(
