How I Started:
I started going to the gym with my mom when I was 15. I didnt actually start a good workout prgram and diet until I hired a personal trainer in January of 2008.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel mentally and physically after a strenuous worlout
How I Stay Motivated:
I know I am doing this for my health, my sanity and I look better when i eat right and workout!

Lose 5 lbs of fat, gain lotsa muscle and compete in a figure competition. I would also like to get certified as a personal trainer and help others reach their goals and live healthy lives. I would really like to work with overweight children and teens.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Dont be afraid to lift heavy and get help from a trainer who can show you the correct form and get you going on a program. It can be overwhelming going to the gym and not knowing where to start.

Sometimes, some people are really encouraging, others think its wierd or they say something negative so I prefer not to tell them or dicuss it with them.

oh fine, lots of protein and such, i gained like 10 lbs in the firswt week, water obviously, on stage i was like 105 or less now im like 120 its a good weight for me, im stayin pretty lean and gaining some muscle! yayyy
Im doing good-that sun last weekend got me all excited for summer-then it was gone :( Been struggling with the "Do I put on the muscle or lose the bf dilema"

hey, i know what u mean, my muscles are so much more pumped today and yesterday then at the show. I feel HUGE lol, i dunno, i'm gonna talk to my trainer about it. Lol, I ate bad sunday and now i'm back eating clean, ive got my diet plan all worked out to gaine so muscle. i'm excited! I'm not doing another show for a while like a year
