How I Started:
In 2005 I trained regularly with a personal trainer herself is a professional figure model. I went to her because I needed to get in shape for Division I college soccer team. After a few weeks training with her I knew I wanted to become a fitness model myself. I became so interested and wanted to learn more. But not only did I want to gain knowledge I wanted to challenge myself in appearing on stage as a figure model.
However, I have been going to college for the last three years of my life and haven't been dedicated. I was lifting weights and training for soccer, but did not have the level of fitness that is required for fitness modeling.
I just recently graduated from college in December 2008 and my boyfriend and I joined a gym. We have been on a regular schedule, but I need to pick it up if I want accomplish a figure model body.
Why I Love It:
I have always been a competitor and loved challenges and now soccer is over for me. Figure Modeling will be the next thing I go after. It will provide me a great challege day in and day out. I know it will be hard, but I am ready to take on all the obstacles that I will be faced with!
I love working out because once I get passed the first month I start to crave to workout because I want to push my self to improve and see the results that I want!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a personal goal and I want to achieve it for me and only me. I have self-confidience problems especially with my appearance (body) and reaching my fitness goals will help dramatically.

Goal (Long):
My entire life I have been the girl that everybody knows she is an athlete espcially a soccer player, because I have those big thunder thighs. I have always wanted to have a body that I can be proud of. I don't want to settle for being average, I always want to improve and develop what I don't already have. I want to be able to rock a bikini with full confidience. I know with full dedication and will I can achieve this within the next 18 months.
Big Goal: I want to get down to 10-12% body fat
My boyfriend's kind of on a meal plan, but he's bulking so it's probably not what you guys are looking for. Me, I'm trying to cut fat. I'm also a vegetarian so I'm not sure if what I've got would be good for you! Let me know if you're still interested though and I'll send you what I follow. The macros would probably still be helpful.
Hey Alyse,
I'm not training with a trainer yet- my boyfriend is into powerlifting and helped me with a routine. I read a lot of stuff and asked a lot of questions on this forum and designed a diet. Let me know if you want more info on that! I think I will try to find a figure coach next semester (I'm in grad school) after I've lost some initial body fat :)
