FitWish
FitWish oh and I still have a ways to go..I want to be 14-15% because I regained some weight after my surgery and that really took a toll on me lifting. My body fat is higher then it's been in a year. yuk! I got my work cut out for me..ready for the challenge though. Aug 31, 2010 7:28pm
FitWish
FitWish I responded to your question on the fourm but I just wanted to let you know that what I did was ate 1,600-1,400 clean calories per day and lifted really heavy..chaning my routine every 3 weeks with Steven Poynters fitness plans. They aren't too expensive either..I did his program for 12 weeks and followed the Diet to the T. One cheat meal per month though. that was thought but I was so busy that it didn't get to me mentally. Jomyra
Jomyra omg you should so use it too!! You will go from flab to fab in a heartbeat! Im hooked on p90x I bragged about it daily on here when I was doing it. Im thinking about hitting it again in the fall. Yeah if your weights are too light they are not working for you then time to go up in weight. Aug 20, 2010 2:06pm
Jomyra
Jomyra um well I did p90x from feb until april and then immediately started hitting the weights 5 days a week as heavy as I could with good form. Thanks for the compliment! Hit those weights and dont be afraid to lift heavy thats where the changes take place and everything starts getting nice and toned! Aug 20, 2010 1:58pm

88Birdy
88Birdy Hey there, well i'm a dancer and started lifting to be able to keep up with other dancers! if you think the weights you are training with are light for you then you should be lifting heavir weights. eat right, get enough protein and dare yourself to lift as heavy as you can and you ll be lifting more in no time ;) Aug 10, 2010 3:51pm
beautifulgrace
beautifulgrace Keeping your intake as simple as possible will definitely help with the sodium intake. By simple I mean unprocessed, natural foods. The less preservatives and additives in the foods you consume the better. Do you take a protein powder? eat eggs and dairy? These can be great protein sources but make sure to choose low fat options. beautifulgrace
beautifulgrace hey girl! You can do as many ab exercises as you'd like but if you're diet isn't clean they won't come in! It's very important to keep your diet in check if your trying to get abs. How's your eating? Aug 6, 2010 9:40pm
