wow; inspirational!! can i ask you (if you don't mind) Lipo 6x: did you take the 4 pills in one day or did you only use 2 per day? just wondering? I also take the opti-multi..those are great....keep up the great work!!

Just saw your transformation...wow: you are definitely an inspiration for those of us who want to go down in size...it seems like you have gained quite a bit of muscle and lots plenty of fat; hopefully I can do the same...

IF that's the "When you've started" pic...then you don't have too much to go!! I'll state (without any intention) that you already look great!! Watch your diet, but make sure you eat...run...breath...live!! Good Luck!!

Stopped by your site...keep up the good work!! it must feel good to see the numbers go down on the scale...and get smaller clothes size..keep going...seek and create does changes!!

good luck with all your training; especially the bulking!! ...i wanted to ask for your advise: how do maintain such a low fat percentage? 3% right? what is it that you do? eat? cardio? weight? just wondering; and of course, thanks for the advice...

Just looked at your progress pictures...you have been doing great...little by little...youve come a long way...I also have to lose quite a bit...i started at 265...and im down to 215...i need a to go down another 50..if not 60...keep working hard!!!

Your work is incredibly..you have become a new person...created and changed...somebody completely made anew....Personally, I also started at 270..and i want to get down to about 155..im at 215 right now...I WILL FOLLOW IN UR Footsteps..you are a great example!

Keep working hard!! I saw your progress pictures...and think your transformation from 208 to 160 is incredibly...Did Lipo 6 help you when you were cutting down?

I've ran, lifted, eaten properly, poorly, changed my routines, made adjustments, drank lots of water...and still am looking to change..but now I am looking not to change, but to create....I am at 212...my goal is to reach 199..185..175..trying to be consistent and find the proper motivation....March and 195 (as well as a better sense of accomplishment) is not to far away for you: Keep working Hard!!
