Background

When I Started: Sep 2006
HOW I STARTED:

I was only doing cardio on and off for 4 years after having Gastric Bypass Surgery. I was really felt like I had no business trying to lift weights when I had so much more weight to lose. I used to this weights were for already fit people... Until I started working with a personal trainer and researching it for myself

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the transformation it has made in me and my body.. Pushing passed weights I thought I would never be able to lift and watching my body change on the outside has made such and impact in my life and the people around me.

Had a mini vacation from work... these last 5 days I shut myself off from the world and just did a lot of reading and re- focusing.... My workout since after the holidays have been pretty lame to say the least but with all the knowledge I have gain over the year... I know what it takes to see results.. WORK WORK and more WORK.... 



Starting to make myself a priority... and I am holding MYSELF accountable for my actions.. in the gym.. at work... and in life in general.. I know what it takes ... and I do have more control over my enviroment.... then I really wa
