still not progressing how i would like. The abdominal cuts are getting deeper though. Maybe more noticeable to the touch than the eye.

hey look! I joined the legions of others and posted my first dirty mirror shot. I hated to, but it did show some ab progress better than the other shots I took this day. weight is up to 180 lbs here.

Nearing the end of what I am calling a "minimally successful" bulk. Total weight gained was 21 lbs. Bodyfat % on the scale reads 22. I don't really see much difference, but the clothes fit tighter all around. Cold muscles here. Pic was taken within 15 minutes of waking

Not too sure how I feel about my progress. Seems so slow. Been mixing it up and trying some different things... Still looking the same? 185 lbs

my first back shot. I can see a big difference between my left and right shoulders. I guess nursing my left shoulder from a non lifting injury really took a toll.
