How I Started: Have always had an interest in being fit. Used to lift a little in high school but wasn't much for lifting weights as an adult until I felt my age and weight creeping up on me.
Why I Love It: Because of the wonders it does for my mood and self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated: By watching the body fat from a lifetime's worth of bad eating and not nearly enough exercise, slowly disappear.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder. It was an injury I got while at work. But I think it was aggravated by continuing to lift while it never completely healed. I still have issues with it but I have been making lots of progres...more
