Have always had an interest in being fit. Used to lift a little in high school but wasn't much for lifting weights as an adult until I felt my age and weight creeping up on me.
Why I Love It:
Because of the wonders it does for my mood and self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching the body fat from a lifetime's worth of bad eating and not nearly enough exercise, slowly disappear.

Probably at my worst shape
about 214 lbs
around 175-176 lbs and 19.9 % bodyfat (according to my scale)
Build a little muscle, lose a little fat, get a LOT healthier.
Goal (Long):
To get my body fat percentage down to under 15 percent.
To Add a couple of inches to my arms.
To actually see my abs without having to flex so dang hard.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
none. I believe what makes the body worth having is knowing that You created the build.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder. It was an injury I got while at work. But I think it was aggravated by continuing to lift while it never completely healed. I still have issues with it but I have been making lots of progress by taking extra precautions. I take more time to warm it up and stretch it out. I strengthen it by using lighter weights. Shoulder. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?

YEA such a natural disaster those fires. Not surprised it can reach all the way there. BUT they haven't affected your remarkable progress on the cut. Andre

I guess it's fine, I just get iimaptient but I am doing more reps and trainer man keeps changing the weight I lift so we'll see...I must be liking it since I keep going back ;-)
