I started out by taking a weight training class in high school, and I've loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:
It's a single-player game, a personal achievement, something most fellow americans don't understand. It may be one thing in life that I have total control of.
How I Stay Motivated:
My buddies and fellow shipmates and marines! and all the bigger and stronger people on bodyspace

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
believe in yourself at everything you do, always keep a positive attitude. Attitude is everything in life, and in bodybuilding. A good attitude in life will get you further than you can imagine.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Whey protein for fast digesting, and great for muscle recovery.

NO2 product, L-arginine, sometimes my buddies motivate me to workout.

yeah you get all the freeken peewees that come to the gym for a day or week and then leave, but they always **** up ur program. but old well at least they try i guess haha.
gym aint too bad man, ive seen better, But it gets to damn crowded most of the time makes it real hard to do anything when ur tryen to stay on a plan or whatever. but besides that it aint bad.
I cant remember if I told you before but its when 12th marines goes to Fuji and its just a small lift off I guess you can call it. Its not technically a compitition since theres no trophys. However, who ever benchs more than 300 lbs will get their pick up on the wall!
