Sorry to hear. Nervous system disorders are pain the pits. Any expected duration with the boot? Any pain rx's u've tried? Get well soon, my friend. *smile*
I'm an "expert" in Multiple Sclerosis, so I have an idea of ur struggles of the nervous system disorder RSD. Stay strong an surpass any goals U may have. *smile*
yea thats tight, my goal is to compete in some sort of ironman comp this summer, omething where i can run 5 miles, do a ob. course, then bike some and swim some, that **** is a true measure of strength
man **** benching 400 for 1 rep, what is that goin to do for you? imo benching 325 for 5 sets of 10 reps would be pretty ****ing sick, plus with 400 u will need a spot, spotters are for pussys, if you cant put the weight up without help, then you suck,if your in a life or death situation your going to need to rely on your own strength no someone else's
been a whole lot better, i have slacked with my diet for the last few days, but i need to gain, and eating healthy doesnt realy help build muscle, eating all day every ****ing second does and you and i both know this lol
thanks bro, I have considered taking some test but just not so sure about it. I am not totally against it but most just seem to abuse it to the extreme. thanks for the comment!
