Since a very young age, I have been heavily involved in athletics. I started doing in triathlons, eventually gravitating into the sport of cycling. I competed national level, accumulating many sponsors and many awards. As time went on, I became more and more interested in weight training as it was part of my off-season training. I eventually found bodybuilding and decided that competing on stage was my calling. I love the lifestyle and love working hard. My goal is to see how far I can take it and make a difference on a large scale in the sport.

I wanted to post a blog going through my most recent back day. I've always enjoyed training back as a muscular back is one of my favorite groups. I like to alternate with rowing and pulling motions. I train with a lot of variation and this workout was more of a "peak contraction"...
