I was skinny most of my childhood, then when i finished high school i gained alot of "relationship" weight I also went on the Depo shot which really screwed with my body. I was fed up took myself off the shot and decided to get in shape. I never really ate healthy so I subscribed to pretty much every fitness magazine out there and to this day read them front to back to keep myself motivated and up to the latest information available.
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling I have after working out being cardio or a great lifting session.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read alot of fitness magazines and look up different things I can do to change up my workout. I love reading success stories and it encourages me to stick with it.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing weight gaining lean muscle and being physically fit learning how to fuel my body by eating clean and healthy....I use to be almost 200 pounds at one time and being 5'3.5 thats pretty bad.
body fat at about 16.5 trying for 10 or less......takin forever thou damn....
Goal (Long):
I started working out about 2001/2002 when i had hit my highest weight ever. I even got down to 105 at one time which probably was a little too skinny. Now my goal is to be as fit as ever thru hard work and eating right hoping to see a six pack eventually.

Way to put in the work! You don't even resemble the 99-2000 edition of yourself. Congrats on your accomplishment, and you are getting better and better with each passing pic. It's inspiring to see such continued progress.
