How I Started:
well ive always liked sports since i was a kid, i'd always be in most sports in my schools and have been jumping from different sports clubs to sports clubs, i actually used to lift weights nearlly all the time when i was young most people i knew had weights and then i bought my own and just lifted and lifted, but as soon as i turned 16 i was up the gym 24-7 i got a few things wrong up there but i learned from my mistakes ever since.
Why I Love It:
i love the self disaplin and confidance you gain, i love the rush i get from it and keeps me from being active so much.
How I Stay Motivated:
when im lifting weights up the gym or at home i love it all the time, there are some moments when im so tired i just want to call it a day but then i think theres always someone in the same position and they carry on it keeps me going trying to better myself all the time, or when ever im not working out and i hear that pump it up type of music or anything it just gets me going and i end up doing another workout.

my first bodybuilding contest the london classic jnrs 2nd place got down to 6% bf

Workout Program:
monday- chest triceps and abs
most workouts are around 4-5 sets and 8-10 reps when bulking.

tuesday- cardio 1 hour and some toning around 18- 20 reps

wednesday- back biceps and forearms same hard workout for bulking

thursday- same again in cardio and toning.

friday- shoulders...
