Monday: off day

Tuesday: quads, hams, glutes, calves, 30 mins of cardio


Wednesday: Cardio - Stairstep 15 mins total- Intervals of level 12, 16, 20
Treadmill 30 mins- Incline 15(max) Intervals of running 5.2 mph and fast walking at 4.3mph, and abs


Thursday: off day

Friday: Back, Biceps, 30 min of Cardio

Saturday: cardio- same as wednesday, abs

Sunday: Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, 30 min of Cardio

Drunken Panda Hah, apart from the hospital stay I've been fine! Deadlift is coming along nicely - hoping to hit 200lbs x 5 by May 22nd.
