I've been working out my whole life really. but just in spurts, never really kept it up for more than a few months time. This is probably why I've never really been in bad shape and had a fast metabolism.
Why I Love It:
I don't really love it, but I wanna look as good as I can while I'm alive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having my GF tell me I look hot in bed.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting ripped..... just not quite to shreds.

I'd say to get to around 150 but be strong enough to feel as I still weight 125. I like feeling light but I still want to be strong.
Goal (Long):
I'd love to be shredded like Bruce Lee but look bigger. At least working on regularly keeps you going and mentally gives you something to strive for. I'd really like a better 6 pack. It's there, but I hate working on abs.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I quickly take some ON Whey and 1 scoop Muscle Milk.
Then I might chug down a scoop of Glycomaize.

Sometimes some whey sometimes not, but always a few things.
Beta Alanine, AAKG, Acai powerscoop, Glycomaize, Citrulline Malate, maybe some redbull if I'm slacking that day.
Also I take a BCAA stack from Universal Nutrition.
Soon I'll just get some Purple Wraath though to replace all the bulk iitems I've been using except the AAKG. I also pop some Kre-Alk before, sometimes after.

Currently I start out with a short 5.5 or 6.5 mph run for either .50 miles to 1.25 miles depending on how I feel, then move on to my workout.
I'm currently doing the 8x8 workout with all my major bodyparts as it's supposed to keep you flexible and build up your muscles AND connecting tissue...
