Transforming my body into a strong well defined machine
Goal (Long):
I have been craving killer abs since birth. I figured stop putting in half the work and start to achieve what I want. I would like to be strong well defined(lean).. Then maybe get into some bodybuilding in the future

So my goals for the end of this are 300 Squat, 300 Bench, 300 Deadlift and continue to lower my bf%. Today I just crushed 315 for 8 on squats I use the squat wraps because it really supports my right knee that is kinda sore. I'm loving my workouts more and more just trying to get this diet and...
Glad to hear it! Sounds like you're doing really well. As long as you're good on your diet the majority of the time you'll be fine.

I did something to my shoulder/hand..I don't know..have an inflamed/swollen something tendion/muscle in my hand. I was having spasms in bicep over w/end. I went to gym this a.m., but am going to take rest of week off from lifting . Went for a deep tissue massage to see if she could work out the latic acid build up. I can't believe that we will be starting week 8! Food has been so so. How you doing?? Did you ever take your picture???? I need to look. take care & keep in touch!
Hey! Coming along pretty good. I started week 3 of the diet this week but I'm still on week 1 & 2 workout because I had to take some time off last week. Still hangin in there =) How about you? How are things?
i used the p6 blak pro-homone for 4 weeks and ive been on the p6 red for 2 weeks now gained size and strenghth great stuff!!! im up 30lbs and my bench went up 55
Yes, yesterday's w/out kicked my butt...I was toast yesterday. I was tired all day..didn't get in any hitt. I did sleep like a baby last night, so that is good. How goes it for you???
