What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Depends. Most people who grunt because, well, let's face it, they have to, well, it's fine. For some, it's part of a show.Ugh.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
If you use "outfit" to describe how you're dressed when working out, you're putting too much thought into it. I wear a plain pair of shorts and plain large tee shirt.

Thanks again! LOL... trust me I have excess fat ;) I've got a good 10 lbs left to drop before I am 4% bf or even close to that. I'm holding a lot on my lower back/sides, my legs, and lower abs. Every where else needs to lean out too. You'll see.
