As soon as i finish a preworkout i take a week off preworkouts though. just to make sure i still get the full benefit, also i take no. xplode currently i actually like it alot because there are 50 serving an i can get it for about 30 40 bucks i also take a protein called fit supreme i get it from my local gym ASPEN down at shadowlake mall in papillion. I just take a regular mutivitamin an a antioxidant. Also because i am youngish these supplements can hurt me i am aware of that so i take a milk thistle. to protect my kidney an liver if you have any more questions for me just let me know i will be happy to share with you what i know.
