How I Started:
I finally got sick of being stuck in my overweight body. I decided I am the only one who could do this.
Why I Love It:
It gives you a sense of freedom. It is the only time in the day that I have me time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am involved in the body for life program. I have friends doing it with me that makes it easier.
BB Accomplishments:
I have not accomplished much yet, as far as body building I just started 2 weeks ago so no change yet.

Hey girl just dropping by to say hi. School is almost over with and have been working like crazy. Workouts & diet have been okay but getting there. Well I lost another 4 lbs so almost in the 160's..I tried the NO sugar thing and that was killing me. I have to much of a sweet tooth. How are you doing?
