How I Started:
I finally got sick of being stuck in my overweight body. I decided I am the only one who could do this.
Why I Love It:
It gives you a sense of freedom. It is the only time in the day that I have me time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am involved in the body for life program. I have friends doing it with me that makes it easier.
BB Accomplishments:
I have not accomplished much yet, as far as body building I just started 2 weeks ago so no change yet.

I have made a lot of excuses, and now I would like to make a difference in my body. I have lost a total of 49 pounds and I am on my last 15 but I want a shapely body. So I am weight lifting to gain my new body.

I was a naughty girl this last weekend!! I went to Iowa for my Grandfathers birthday and lets say I wasn't good.  I ate pretty bad, because of my flight scedule and the lack of places to eat in nowhere Iowa.  I did buy some food for my room and kept my choices grilled and sauce free. But I...

Hey girl just dropping by to say hi. School is almost over with and have been working like crazy. Workouts & diet have been okay but getting there.
