I've done 2 Tranformation by Kris Gethin 12 weeks
Ive found two great workouts that Worked for me to date
(1) Cybergenics Total workout
(2) 12 week Daily Trainer By Kris Gethin
Ive Done My First Transformation By Kris Gethin : I've Lost over 28LBS in 12 weeks from doing this awesome workout with the diet By Kris too but with out the brown rice and steak
Started My First Transformation on 19th March 2012 till 10th June 2012 and Loved it.
Done my Second Transformation on 25th June to 16th September 2012 adding in the diet more to a T but had big time craving for chocolate ;( and want off fish too :(
I starting another 12wks on the 24th September 2012 with Kris Gethin and making the workout harder then before? I will be using Neil Hill Y3T supplements for max effect from Gaspari nutrition over Kris ones this time round, other then yohimbine Which will still be in my diet. Just like these Guys I have loads of Expreices and I know what I am doing in and out of the Gym. I will be making on my site more about what I am upto for you to see.
I've started my 4th Transformation on 23rd Jan 2013 I am using Neil hill Y3T nutrition and supplements and now taking 2 Yohimbine pre day
The training is Hard but it's WORTH IT, And watching Kris Gethin video Daily really Dose help. And if you not seen Kris or watched Neil Hill Y3T or 12 weeks training and Neils Y3T on Supplements then you should

I am doing Y3T Nutrition over Kris Gethin Diet plan on he's 12 weeks daily trainer as I now on my 3rd 12 wks
I am doing Y3T over kris Gethin Nutrition and supplements plan I've done 2 x 12 wks daily trainer today and I now on my 3rd 12 weeks where I up some of the sets or lift heavey, some mornings I have 4 weetabix with myofusioprobiotic 1 scoop:
then my oat pancakes, that Kris talks about
BCAA in the morning and 10 mins before my workout.
Creatine comes in to your workout from day 1 Right up to the End of week 9 Day 63
Oat steak burgers (Meatballs) and Oat protein bars/cakes are very health and very yummy
Protien drink can be used from Day 1 Right up to Week 10 Day 68 :)
All this will help you to complete your 12 weeks transformation
