I've been active and working out for as long as I can remember. It was in high school that I first started lifting, and haven't really stopped.
Why I Love It:
It's a freedom and a release for me now. Before it was like sculpting something out of doughy clay, now it's such a big part of my life, I couldn't imagine not working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've got two kids that I want to continue to inspire, and I've got to try to stay looking my best for my gorgeous wife.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
