When I Started: Jul, 2005
How I Started: i used to be overweight and in the 05 summer i lost 30lbs. since then ive been gaining muscle and strength.
Why I Love It: i love the feeling that comes over me when im working out, especially when im lifting . and i love the after feeling and results.
How I Stay Motivated: by looking in the mirror, and my dad has diabetes and im doin what i can to keep healthy so i dont have to go through what he has to.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
i injured my rotator cuff. it took about 2months for it to start to feel better. i just stopped working out shoulders, and i took a cissus supplement
