Monday Cardio Quads, Calves
Tuesday Back, Abs
Wednesday Cardio Training Off
Thursday Cardio Chest, Abs
Friday Delts, Hamstrings, Calves
Saturday Cardio Biceps & Triceps, Abs
Sunday Training Off
On each workout I do 3-6 different exercises for about 10 to 15 reps each.
I also stay physically active all throughtout the day and even on training off days. I enjoy bike riding, walking, swiming,etc. |
