Background
About 2 months ago i decided to start transforming my body. I was never really out of shape and I would sometimes watch what I would eat. I was just tired of not feeling good about myself. In the beginning of April was when I made a commitment to transform my lifestyle. I want to see how hard i can train to achieve my "ideal shape."
It keeps me energized,healthy, and looking great.

Monday Cardio Quads, Calves
Tuesday Back, Abs
Wednesday Cardio Training Off
Thursday Cardio Chest, Abs
Friday Delts, Hamstrings, Calves
Saturday Cardio Biceps & Triceps, Abs
Sunday Training Off
On each workout I do 3-6 different exercises for about 10 to 15 reps each.
I also stay physically active all throughtout the day and even on training off days. I enjoy bike riding, walking, swiming,etc.
