This is a photo that motivates me to get lean. I'm having a good time in Hawaii but vacation is over now. I weigh 220lbs with 23% bodyfat.

Getting back in the gym with a new focus to burn fat yet still gain lean muscle. I actually weigh 223lbs, a little more than what I weighed while on vacation last month.

Trying to build lats. I can do 200-215lbs on lat pulldowns but doing pullups challenge me. I look forward to getting leaner and knocking out sets of pullups.

I was born with relatively large quads and gluts. So, I looking to build them a little but primarily get them toned. Hamstrings are strong but need development. Calves - always a challenge

Currently 16.25" arms. My goal is to build cannon ball shoulders with mtn peaks for biceps and of course, horse shoe triceps!

Although I don't look different from previous pics, at this point I have increased my strength in my lifts.

214lbs - I can't tell for sure but this pic seems to look a bit different from previous. I think my shoulders look smaller which would be strange since my strength has increased.

I'm making great strides with the guidance from Scivation. I'm at 11.9% BF and less than 2% away from my BF goal. I'm six weeks into a 12week program. By the time I'm done, I may beat my goal of 10% BF. I can't beleive the difference between now and last year at this time.

I've been trying to add LBM but I just feel like I'm getting fat again. 204lb here BF% unkown. I can't seem to get my chest to fill out - tips welcomed.

Working on dropping BF again. Not sure what BF% I'm at but weighing around 197lbs today. Need to work the abs a bit more for better definition.

My first 10k race which I didn't train for. I beat my goal time of 10min miles and ran 8:54min miles. It was a good challenge that I'll have to do again (and improve my time).
