Thanks - I'm not using a specific arm routine. However, I like to mix heavy lifts with high volume isolation sets. I like weighted dips and heavy BB/DB curls. High volume OH rope extensions are a new favorite for tris. There are so many good arm exercises. I tend to maintain the heavy exercises and change up the high volume ones more often. I will also do both heavy and high volume in the same session and sometimes pyramid them.

Hey Piero, I've been slammed with work and hardly have any time. Workouts have suffered and I haven't even bothered with the journal. However, I continue to lift when I can. Once I get back into my routine, I figure I'll get back to the journal too. Enjoying summer?!

Doing good here. Job role changing a bit so I am focused on work. Trying to get my routine in place. No fishing recently but I'm going to try to get out there this weekend. How about you?

Thanks! For delts I like DB lateral and front raises - push it and go heavy but do include lower weight high volume too. I also like smith upright rows, rev pec deck, 1-Arm rev DB flyes, and a few other tricks. For traps, I like HEAVY DB shrugs, high volume behind back smith shrugs, close grip low cable row trap squeeze HEAVY. Now I do love BB and DB shoulder presses - again HEAVY. Mixed heavy/power training with lighter higher volume.

LOL, thanks for stopping by. Lately, I've been giving into those carb cravings. I have to get rid of the lingering Halloween candy!

Well not necessarily, I was more curious to know why you want to make a change to a product that may cost you more money. I shop at costco and eat eggs for breakfast everyday. I will buy the egg whites and the 6doz portion of eggs. I will use two whole eggs and a cup of egg whites in my scramble. When I run out of egg whites, I will separate the whites from the whole eggs. It's more about convenience.

Thanks for the add. It's tough getting back into the routine after taking time off. I've been slacking lately. That's a wicked devil costume!

Thanks, actually our boat nailed it! One of the other boats nearly lost their riders, the pics are so funny. Cool profile pic - big trip recently?

LOL, thanks! Don't worry, you'll be here soon enough! :) Just don't stop training - I did in my late twenties and it made it much harder to get back on track in my 30's.

There are many different strategies for gaining size and strength and you have to find what works best for you. Diet will be critical. I'm an advocate of high protein and low carb but that works best for my body type. I change my lifting routines every couple months but I don't tweak my diet too much.

Well, welcome back! Nope, no bbing comps for me. My competition is on the soccer field and at work. :) When are you planning to do figure/bikini? You'll heat that stage up for sure!
