When i first got divorced in 2004 i started to really care about me...i always devoted myself 100% to my kids and 0% to myself. I now know that i need to make time for me or my kids won't have the mom they need to have around...
Why I Love It:
I love the way working out makes me feel...afterward.. LOL

reading blogs and fitness stuff. I always keep a pic of myself closeby from when i was more fit.

I am going to stop making excuses for why i do not have time to workout. I will write down what i eat daily so that i can be accountable for what i am putting in my mouth and be able to see why i have not been able to stick to any type of fitness/ nutrition plan.
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I checked out the website and the woman is very inspirational. we have some different methods to our weight loss. I believe in doing everything solely on diet and excersize and try to stay away from supplements. Kudos to her though, she really looks fantastic. and its good to see what else is out there! :0) If you need anything, let me know on either site! TTYS!
hi, hope it goes well. I weighed 207 in may and was down to 160 by august. I dieted and did a lot of cardio. Still have a ways to go. Welcome and best wishes!
