San Benito High Attended 2004 to 2007 Hollister, California United States
When I Started:
Jan, 2006
How I Started:
got tired of being a fat boy and enjoyed lifting weights for football. so i decided to take on bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
i took two years off to go to the california culinary academy cuz the fat boy still lived inside and i enjoy cooking beautiful and delicious food but it took a huge toll on my physique, now that i recently became a father to my first born son, i have a whole new life to live, so ive decided to head towards the US AirForce, i hope to continue cooking in the AF and use my skills in th most positive way for the AF, its all a waiting game now, i have to be at 175lb and im making my way back down witout losing to much of my strength, its going to be a journey and im ready for the challenge.
..getting up in the morning looking in the mirror and seeing my sweat, blood and dedication show through my progress. looking down at my hands while at the gym and seeing the dead skin red wit agony, the chalk dust collecting around my feet just before i get ready for my next rep and then finaly get that total rush of the perfect pump as i squeze the muscle to its peak..
okay so im starting my mass season. hoping to put on some soild muscle in the next couple of years while attend the california culinary academy. yes, i kno..chef/bodybuilder..not going to work but its the only two things that i love to do so im going to try. i was wondering if anyone had any tips...
I'm a big meat eater. For a while I was eating the wrong stuff, but now I'm back on track. And I'm taking Muscle Milk, so thats going to help me out alot with the weight **** and strength ****.
