How I Started: I wanted to become a professional wrestler, and I knew I was too out of shape to do so.

I hadn't lifted for 4 months due to a broken arm. Still, I looked better than a year before, when I was 220 lbs, and had never really done much weight training.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8 to 12, ideal for muscle hypertrophy. I do vary it sometimes, like 5 to 8, or 15 to 20.
