Macrya With your beginner's Routine, am I meant to have the weight heavy enough so by the end of each set I get muscle failure (I can't do any more)? So with the first week, I should get muscle failure after rep 8? Thanks :) Nov 2, 2011 4:09am

guest Dude I totally enjoyed that beginner thread. Seriously, I've been weightlifting a while now got injured n lost majority of it. Now I recently got back into muy Thai but needs something simple to maintain n build. I forgot the foundations of weightlifting completely til I read what you had to say, reminding me where to start.
