iv been doing good mate got some creatine and some good test boosters doing good thank what about you

creatine is naturaly already in the muscles. And what creatine supplements does is it put extra creatine in your muscles so that you can lift longer in no way is it like steroids at all. i use creatine once and never put any weight on with it at all just felt abit more energetic. its good stuff and safe to use. you should try it some time you need a high protien diet and stacks of amino acids im starting using it again in about 1 week from now. see if i can put a few more kgs on.

just basicly train hard mate. at the moment im doing rep to failure sets. say you are doing dumbell bench press try this. i use 35kg 24kg 16kg and 10kg dumbells press the 35s for as many as you can then staight away use the 24s and so on till you cant do any more when you get to the low weight it feels like your doing 1000kg you need to break the pain barier then rest for 3 mins 4 sets. its amazing the pump you get. can i ask why dont you want to use creatine or out.

all i can say about legs is mate is that they need to be trained hard you use them all the time so they are used to working try this if you can LEG PRESS=4X12 SEATED EXTENSIONS 4X12 AND DEEP SQUATS AS MUSH WEIGHT AS YOU CAN REMEMBER TO PUSH WITH YOUR HEELS AND NOT YOUR TOES then does hamstrings something like stiff leg dead lift hamstring curl try and do calfs on a diffrent day they need to be worked even harder
