My major goal is to get big. I would like to be around the 20/21 stone mark (133kg). some people think im stupid some people say im crazy its to big but im addicted to putting weight on in a matter of speaking. good weight mind muscle and ofcourse a little fat. when i reach my goal im not sure from there maybe ill lose the excess fat and get leaner or maybe ill try and get bigger ha ha ha ha. i reakon that in about 3 years from now ill be there.

i've been doing fine, i got a membership at golds in smokey point, its big and nice! KVjames goes there a guy on my friend list,so its pretty cool!

yea i do that alot, it works pretty good for me if im in a rut and stop gaining then i do that. well i have just herd stuff about creatine, that its not that good for you, like it does the same thing as steroids kinda! idk though.
