I was always small as a kid. I didn't like being small so I took up a set of weights and saw the change it made in me and I was hooked. Been lifting ever since. I have only been competiting the last 3 years. This will be my 4th year competing. I have placed in the top 5 of each competition that I have competed in.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because of the way it makes me look and feel. I don't look lik the "normal average guy" which is the way I like it.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the changes in my body, complements I am always getting, and seeing myself get bigger and more muscled.Competing in competitions keeps me motivated as well.
BB Accomplishments:
5th place in the Masters State chammpionships and then 2nd place this year, 2006 in a regional NPC masters competition. Also, was selected Over 40 Amateur Bodybuilder of the Week at www.bodybuilding.com.

First comp that I did, got 5th in my class inthe state championships
Into dieting now. Progress pics coming.Taken at 212 pounds.2 wks into diet.
Well, hve been training with my trainer now for around 4 weeks and starting to see changes. Am now down to arnd 204 pounds. We will be changing up the diet and the workouts in about two weeks. Have 7 weeks left to go.
Well,is July 24, 2007 and it is arnd 4 weeks until competition...

thanks bro...LOL its simple, i run or use to as of last Saturday 10-12miles a day split in the morning and evening. i enjoy running and eating :)
still man your a solid big dude and you'd be surprised what you look like ripped..its like night and day, take my before and after pics as example. except i looked TERRIBLE in my befores!!
