I like the Lipo 6 Black! I think it works great for appetite suppressing! The first day I took it, I was not even hungry. LOL I mean, I had to FORCE myself to eat my tiny 200 calorie meals that are contest prep meals! SMALL portions. Thank yo Allison. Best of luck with reaching your goals. Main thing is the diet, clean, 5-6 small meals/day, and just sticking to it. Are you a nurse? I'm in medical profession too. In CRNA school right now. Look forward to seeing your progress. BB.com also has a lot of great articles, videos, etc. stuff that keeps you motivated. I read/learn new stuff everyday about nutrition, workouts, etc.
