I like sticking to a 5 day split:
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Bis/Tris
Day 6: OFF :(
REPEAT
I throw traps in on back day, deadlift on legs day, and try and get abs in every other day at least.
