Hi Marie, I am always falling off, but proud to say that I do get back up. Personal Trainer lost gym and so I am looking for another. I got the EA Sports Active for the Wii, let's see what it can do. You look great!

Hey how's it going with you? Wednesday EVERY week is my mountain. I do excellent Monday and Tuesday and by Wednesday well.... hummm it is always back to the drawing board Sunday night. ho hummm, at least I regroup and jump back up.

Hey! I am doing good, glad to hear your body is rejecting the fatty sugary stuff. Mine does too. I eat it because my mind wants it then my body says whoa, we don't like this anymore. I need to weigh in and take more after pics. Have you taken any?

But of course I am still around. I am up every morning at 4a now to work out with my trainer at 5a. I am silent because I am afraid to take more pics. I don't feel like I have made any progress, boo hooo, whoa is me :(

Now that the labor day picnic temptation is gone, workouts are great, haa haa I am back on it for the 100th time and working it out :-)

Hey Atray87, I have been eating chicken, Fish, Brocolli, Green Beans and Oatmeal, not neccessarily in that order and I have been doing cardio in the morning 1st thing. I am trying to make the best of things when holidays like labor day come around. I did withhold but I didn't pig out either. How about you?

Girl I need the motivation. I missed my goal for summer, but that doesn't mean I drop off, I am back at it and harder than before. Come on let's pump eachother up!! We can do this.

I am so proud of you. I fell off for 2 weeks while Mom's and the neice were here. I seemed to eat what they ate which was soooooo not what I normally eat. I am back on it now. I will do this. I need accountability. Check back with me in 2 weeks, haa haa

Thanks for the encouragement. I am hanging in there. I do love the heathly lifestyle change but it is a challenge being consistent. I am not so much givng into cravings, I am not doing a good job of preparing my meals so I eat consistently. Anywhooo... Thanks again, wonderfully dedicated peeps like you help keep me going. You look great!

Hey Lu, Things are good, I am steadfast in my pursuit of a healthy lifestyle and slimmer shape. Fell down bumped my head a few times but back on the wagon and remaining strong :-D
