I have always loved muscles. I told my 4th grade teacher that I wanted to be a bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy that working out gives me. I work with a personal trainer and in a group and the chemistry that we all bring is motivating and so much fun. I love seeing the group's results which make me work even harder.
How I Stay Motivated:
The ladies in my group keep me motivated, they have already attained their goals and it just further let's me know I can do it too.

This is my pic for the MuscleTech Transformation contest
I am looking to transform my body. I want to dramatically cut fat and build lean muscle. All in a reasonable and healthly time frame.
Goal (Long):
I feel with the right information I can go from 212 to 160. Actual weight loss not my real goal, getting lean and fit is. I worked with a personal trainer last year and had some great results, however, I moved from Fl to Ga near the end of our training and fell way way off the wagon. New state, new job, new environment, proved to throw me off kilter. Now I am back in the mindset that I want to get in shape and get lean lean lean.
I love bodybuilding and hope to compete in at least 1 amatuer show one day. Actually my goal is to compete this time next year. I have the desire but I need the correct nutrition and workout plan to make it happen.
I have always loved muscle and bodybuilding. I love the way bodybuilders look and muscle just excites me, not in the perverted since. There was a point in time when I wanted to be a body bodybuilder full of big giant muscles and strong "looking" as hell, I say body...
Thanks. How are your workouts going? I am going to tap into the kid in me and try this Nintendo Wii fitness challenge with some of my co workers. We all can have fun and get a little workout as well!!
I am sticking to the plan I fell off a bit last week but I am up at 5 to go to bootcamp.. 4am.. well.. I am still asleep :)!!! I am taking my 3rd round of pics next weekend
Hey!!! Glad to see you are doing good. I have been okay.. I worked out really hard last week but over labor day I splurged a bit :) but only on fri/sat.. so no weight gain :)
I have been drinking a lot of protein shakes mixed with soy milk.. when I do that I don't get near as hungry for my second snack!! Also fish, spinach, brocolli are my faves
I missed my goal too but we should not even fret one more second about that.. the good thing is we held ourselves accountable and that is important!! So what have you been doing the past week as far as eating and exercise??
You're doing so well! You're right.. we are going to do this :)

Stay Focused!
You've got a beautiful shape. Nice quads especially. Hope all is well. Keep it up!
You're going to need private security to keep the men off of you soon.
