How I Started:
Got out of the Marines, Got on office job and BOOM!!! got fat!!!, looked at my wife, She is beautiful and thin, and looked at myself....So I started working out and the rest is history, future however you wanna look at it.
Why I Love It:
Being in Iraq, first off there is nothing else to occupy my time, besides working. I enjoy the pump after a hard workout and everynow and then i can see something different starting to show, or my pants getting a little bigger. When i go home on vacations from here i can see in my wifes face the changes that i have made and it keeps me striving to get just that much better
How I Stay Motivated:
MY WIFE!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Just last month I pushed, 370LBS on the bench, never thought it would happen, I wanna get to 400lbs soon

What is the best type of protein for you?

i use isolates and casein. Seems to work best for me

Optimum whey, a lot of flavors never get tired of the same thing and thats important to me. and Syntha 6 its what i started using, loyalty i guess
