Watching these DVD's have really helped me loose a lot of body fat with intense cardio. Shaun T really gets you in shape! ahha!
Run 5miles 2-3 times a week
This really helps me with the fat loss. Their is a lake towards Sf called Lake Merced. It is about 5miles. Good scenery and a quiet place to get a good run in.
24hour fitness
I would like to say I don't hit the weights as much as I should be. I go to the gym I would say 2-3 times a week. I need to be more consistant with this.
Hip Hop Dancing
A huge part of my cardio comes from dancing. I am apart of a hip hop dance crew and performs onstage. (no not America's Best Dance Crew, and no not the Jabbawockees...) haha although that has stemmed from dance crews, we've been doing this for way long before the show came out. Anyways twice a week we have intense practices from 4-6 hours straight of dancing. Also incorporating break dancing and popping and locking. It is my most consistant workout because I've been doing it for years! and its great fun!
