Picked up some weights and a magazine and the rest was history.
Why I Love It:
If you lift then you already know, kinda like getting a tattoo, people without them don't understand why we get so many. Until their first. Once you start some quality lifting your hooked.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife is sexy, i'm just trying to keep up.
BB Accomplishments:
Not there yet. My goal is a ripped 205lbs. by this summer.

I want to get bigger and lean out. I feel really small, yet i'm pretty strong, i just can't get that size on as fast as i would like. I started to get fat from trying to gain weight so now i'm just trying to stay above 190lb and lean out. Its working for the most part but the leaning out is making me feel really small. My arms are 15.5 inches around without pump, and i can curl 135 on the preacher bench! I just don't grow as well as i should.

I want to GAIN 15 lb

If you've looked at my profile you have probably noticed that i am pretty annoyed with my lack of growth, especially in my arms. I do bi's on chest day and tri's on back day so that they are fresh at the beginning of they're workout. I work a 2 on 1 off lift schedule with a four day split,...
i totally didnt know that. THanks for the Info. I ll try 1 gallon consistently. 1.5 seems harder...but i ll try :)My body retains a lot of water and this might be one way to et rid of it.
