How I Started:
I went to the dr for a regular check up and was told I had high cholesteral and should start working out, my allergiest said I should work out to increase lung capacity, and then I got depressed due to husband schedule and new baby so decided to work out!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel empowered and something that I get to do just for myself. I like that I have learned so much to pass this knowledge and lifestyle to my kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like the way I look and feel and want to see how much better I can look and feel. Its like a natural high and I wish I had all the time in the world to dedicate to working out but have 3 kids, 3 dogs and 1 bird, lol!
BB Accomplishments:
I am stronger than I look and I have done this without any real supplements other than protein. I give it all my best effort at every session and now planning my own sessions. I love my abs!

I am just doing my best to get more definition in arms, slim down the thighs.

I want people to look at me and go "she must work out". I want to look hot in a bathing suit, have a cute little butt again. I want people to wonder my age. I would love some positive feedback as I have not worked out since high school p.e. and have low self esteem and high expectations.

Fitt Life Fitness is in total control of me now, resistance training 3 x's a week, kickboxing 2 x's a week and rollerblade/jog as often as I can usually 3-4 times per week.

i know it sounds sad but having a baby can be one of the most depressing situations as far as fitness. at least it was for my wife and me. we just lost ourselves in the daily grind. dont let it happen to you. what my wife and i always remind eachother is that we wont be any good for our babies (or each other) if we are not taking care of ourselves... tough to balance it...
