How I Started:
After I lost all my excess weight with diet alone I still wasn't happy with my appearance. Knew it was no longer an issue of losing more weight since I was down to 120 pounds.

I'd really like to get rid of the last of my love handle fat. Can still pinch it a good inch or so. Trim down that area has been my main goal all along and it's finally starting to happen.
Thats normal. A lot of people don't realize that stress by itself releases counter productive hormones. Not to mention the selfmutilation habits we all undergo to deal with the stress. Case in point my recent progress pics! LOL Oh well, GAME ON!

Yeah i love trail running too, i can do that longer than street more relaxing to me. No worrying about gettin hit by cars either.lol Cardio taking away muscle? wow never knew that thanks.
Hey, I am exhausted from weightlifting today. I still have a long way to go to improve my weightlifting. I mostly do cardio. Do you concentrate on weightlifting or do concentrate on cardio?
