for baseball really... but as I continued to workout, I soon developed the idea that going to the gym releives stress and anger.

nothing... just gaining 10 lbs of pure muscle last summer. Doesnt sound like much but people were actually shocked when I came back to school.

lol i did pretty good.
My biggest advantage was my strength.
Oh and I wrestled in the 112lbs and 119 lbs weight classes.
It was too time consuming and didn't really do anything good for me besides increasing my agility,coordination, and my endurance. Made me leaner too. haha it was amazing, I gained SO much muscle once it was over.. like 12 lbs i think. just muscle, no fat at all. it was great

Yeah like bodybuilding :D
I was in wrestling last year, it was alright.. really slowed down my muscle growth cause I was always cutting to make my weight class.
But I'm doing powerlifting this year.. hopefully I make varisty. :]

Just keep at it. If you stay persistent with it eventually you will see major progress. I remember feeling impatient too and then one day I went like "wow" look at this...so hang in there ok?

I eat very clean foods so I am pretty lean. I do a lot of situps and side crunches. I prefer using a the 10 and 25pd. plate doing abs:-)
