When I Started: Oct 2009
HOW I STARTED:

i recently start it because i had a strong power inmyslef but i had not good muscle and u prefer be in blance! and i wanted converts fat to muscles just this

WHY I LOVE IT:

i think if i have a nice strong body i can protect myself and all regard to me and it make me more sure about myself and in real it is good to muscular body .u are not agree?
