I am a Novice to photography but Once I capture the perfect Hawaiian background, I then forward the images to friends who are freezing somewhere....(Heh heh).
The Beach:
I go to the beach for relaxation and meditation. I like to eat a plate lunch and talk story at the beach as well.

Fitness & Aloha: Giving and living Aloha is essential. Being Negative causes stress on the body and can age you prematurely. Some Clinical studies have proved that stress can indeed make you sick. It is always a good policy to keep a positive outlook on life. Keeping up the fitness level is critical for staying healthy. Movement along with keeping and active mind is essential.

Giving Aloha and showing kindness to others. Anger and being miserable all the time decreases productivity. Try to surround yourself with positive people at every opportunity.

Dean Koontz / Robin Cook / Tess Geritsen etc etc - Horror and Medical thrillers are my favorites. These three Particular Authors I mentioned raise your imagination level while educating you at the same time.

Take time to know your own body. Since we are all unique individuals with different genetics and metabolisms, a healthy lifestyle and workout plan will need to be tailor made to fit you.
Please recognize the fact that you can look good with the skin you are in regardless of how tall, short, color, age, or disability. You don't need to look like anyone else but yourself to look GOOD!
Many different people can tell you what supplements to take, what program you should be on etc etc..... but until you take the time to know your own body type, you will not have success merely trying to duplicate someone else.
Healthy Eating Habits: One should always make the healthiest choice when selecting food items. Every once in a while you may decide to "Live a Little" - this is OK. Knowing your body type will help you in deciding what you will consume. I definitely don't believe that people should starve themselves or force themselves to eat. Food is to be well prepared and enjoyed, not an event to stress over.
Healthy Diet, exercise, and supplements plays a role with your genetics for outcomes. Stay motivated and consistent in your fitness program and you will see results.
Most Important: We all live at the same address: EARTH. So be good to each other EVERY DAY!
