  • Thats part of my problem, I am not trying to bulk and stay lean ... I dont mind and actually expect to add some fat with a bulk. New strategy needed I think.

MattHowell I started on a Kawi, bought a yami traded it for a GSX-R and never looked back haha. I have owned a f-ton of bikes. I had an 07 750, 02 and 06 1000 and that 99 busa all at once, it was a fun summer! Apr 26, 2013 10:04pm

sdmarlow79 Hey thank man... perhaps you need to be doing the sdmarlow79 6 week bulking program next ;-) hahaha Yeah well I'm heading to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam in 6 days for 3 weeks so I had to do a running start with getting some size before I lost most of it while OS. I don't imagine Cambodia to have a large gym network and there is not enough protein in dumplings to maintain size. Boo hiss. Comp is only a few months away.
