I am going to take a week off lifting because I went to the chiro yesterday and he said I have sprain in my back. I hurt it in August at a street dance. Yep, had a little too much fun. And the injury was aggravated again last week while doing some serious physical labor at work. ...
Hey! I actually meant principle but I had a brain fog I guess lol. It is when you decide on a lacking bodypar tyou have, then you train that body part for a week or more to help bring it up to par w/everything else :)

it still kicks my butt, this week we were bith sick and we still got in all 5 workouts and broke records every day it was insain. I am loving the change and couldnt be happier, what about you?
