Background
I have always workout and eaten nutritious. Until recently, I did not get the right advice on how to train my body. I am learning how to train my body and eat right. I now know that diet is about 90% of your results. I am currently carb cycling and weight training 4 days followed by 20-25 min of HIIT. I feel strong, confidant and unstoppable. The way I feel when I am in the gym is my medicine. I challenge myself in new ways everytime I enter. It all started Feb. 25, 2011 when I finally started learning the proper way to train."I am women, hear me ROAR"
